Acutal bathroom is not match with online photo.

The bathroom in my room doesn't match what the picture showing when I booked the hotel. It was showing black color without bathroom. But I have the one is white color with old bath tub and there has some molds in the wall. My room doesn't even look like 4 star hotel. I did asked why it is not matched online picture, they just told me it is only color different. I won't stay it again since the photo is not matched what I get. Don't know why I am unable to leave in accor.com

We arrived at 10pm exhausted from travel and checked in with a perfunctory desk attendant. We ordered dinner at the hotel restaurant and found very slow service from unfriendly wait staff. The overall value for the high cost of $300+ room cost is poor. A small room for one night. We think you know travelers are passing through and your prices represent an opportunistic attitude

We stayed at the end of our paris trip to catch an early plane the next day. Check in was easy and our room was very nice and soundproof. We had a fridge that was really handy but having an ice machine available would have been ideal for a quick cold drink.
